Marianne och Jag är en samproduktion mellan Apocalyptic Circus och CirkL och har utvecklats vid residens på bland annat Riksteatern under hösten 2023 och sommaren 2024 för att färdigställas vid residens på Vara Konserthus hösten 2024 med premiär där i september 2024.
Föreställningen är en lustfylld och komisk cirkusföreställning med fart och flärd – och en hemlighet. När föreställningen ska börja är det något som inte verkar gå som det ska. Vem ÄR den mystiska assistenten som utför dessa svindlande trick, och HUR kan hon uppenbara på sig så fort? Häng med i Linns försök att förstå vad det egentligen är som händer!
Föreställningen är ca 45 minuter lång, utan paus.
Apocalyptic Circus är ett familjedrivet kompani baserat i Sverige och England, grundat av Linn Brodén och Tom Richmond 2012 med ambitionen att skapa cirkusföreställningar på hög nivå som reflekterar berättelser från deras egna liv och personer i deras närhet.
Utvecklingen av föreställningen har genomförts med stöd från Konstnärsnämnden, Region Östergötland, Norrköpings Kommun, Riksteatern, Vara Konserthus, NyCirkus Öst.

Marianne och Jag is a co-production between Apocalyptic Circus and CirkL and has been developed at residencies at Riksteatern during the fall of 2023 and summer of 2024 to be completed at a residency at Vara Konserthus in the fall of 2024 with premiere there in September 2024.
The show is a fun-filled and comical circus performance with speed and flair – and a secret. As the show is about to begin, something doesn't seem to be going right. Who IS the mysterious assistant performing these dizzying tricks, and HOW can she appear so quickly? Join Linn as she tries to understand what's really going on!
The show is approximately 45 minutes long, without intermission.
Apocalyptic Circus is a family-run company based in Sweden and the UK, founded by Linn Brodén and Tom Richmond in 2012 with the ambition to create high-level circus performances that reflect stories from their own lives and those around them.
The development of the performance has been carried out with support from the Swedish Arts Grants Committee, Region Östergötland, Norrköping Kommun, Riksteatern, Vara Konserthus, NyCirkus Öst.
