Registration

CirkusExpo is a closed event that is specifically aimed at Swedish and international representatives of organizations that present or support the performing arts. CirkusExpo is not open to the public.

Who can register:

• Presenters and organizers 
• Representatives of venues, festivals, and other performing arts events 
• Agents 
• Cultural financiers and other organizations supporting the performing arts 
• Journalists and cultural writer

Expo ♥ Mania
CirkusExpo and the festival CirkusMania collaborate to offer a wide program during the Expo days with the opportunity to experience a large number of live performances from CirkusMania and joint mingling opportunities and parties!

This is included in the program

• Seminars with current circus themes and pitch presentations by Nordic circus companies
• Live performances during 13–16 February 2025
• Several industry meetings
• Transport from Scandic Malmen Hotel (Medborgarplatsen, Södermalm in Stockholm) to scenes outside central Stockholm (these are booked when you choose your program)

How to register to CirkusExpo

Step 1: You apply to participate (registration for the application will be released in mid-November 2025)
 
Step 2: Get your registration link via mail 
When your application is approved you will receive a link via e-mail to book your program  

Step 3: Register and book your program 

• Fill in the digital booking form with the part of the program you wish to attend. 
• You book your program. We book the tickets for all the performances you order in the Circus Package. You do not need to book tickets separately.  
• You pay by card when you make your booking
• You will receive all your tickets and a personalized schedule by e-mail. 

Please note that the application and registration is personal. It is non-transferable, not even within your organization.

The application to participate opens in mid-November 2025.

NOTE: We warmly welcome you to also see performances during the festival that are not part of the CirkusExpo program even though we cannot offer booking service and transport to these performances. Read more at CirkusMania.
